The Coca-Cola Company, USA: The Atlanta, USA office mandated NDBIB to undertake a diagnostic study of its operations in Sri Lanka. Areas covered by the study included human resource management, marketing, finance, production, sales and distribution.

Maliban Biscuit Manufactories Ltd: carried out an in depth diagnostic study focusing primarily on financial aspects to facilitate the raising of new medium term funds.

Suntel Limited: NDBIB undertook a joint review with Telia of Sweden and Telecom Venture Group Limited of Hong Kong with the objective of analyzing the operations of Suntel and recommending improvements.
