Singer (Sri Lanka) PLC: Raised Rs. 3.9 billion for the company via multiple Debentures.
DSI Holdings Limited: NDBIB formulated a structure and advised on the restructuring of LTL Holdings as per the requirements of the client. This entailed the creation of a holding company and the subsequent transferring of different business interests.
LTL Holdings (Pvt) Limited: Debenture amounting to Rs. 100 million to restructure its debt.
Aitken Spence PLC: A 5-year unsecured redeemable debenture for Aitken Spence PLC amounting to Rs. 1 billion , placed entirely outside the commercial banking sector. This instrument was assigned an AA (Sri) rating by Fitch Ratings Lanka Limited.
Nations Trust Bank PLC: Raised Rs. 500 million for Nations Trust Bank through rated, unsecured, redeemable debentures. The issue was privately placed initially and was subsequently successfully listed on the main board of the CSE. The purpose of this issue was to enable the bank to maintain a healthy liquidity ratio and to act as a medium term source of financing.
John Keells Holdings PLC: Raised Rs. 2 Billion via a debenture issue, which was intended to raise Rs. 1 Billion with the option of accepting an over-subscription of up to SLR 1 Billion. The issue was fully subscribed to the amount of Rs. 2 billion, making it the largest AAA rated, unsecured, redeemable debenture issue to date and the Company obtained a rating of AAA (lka) from Fitch Ratings for this debenture issue.
